the room was a good size and very clean.
the air conditioning didn't work properly. it took multiple complaints over several days before they acknowledged the problem. eventually, they just moved me to a different room instead of fixing the ac, they offered no compensation, frustrating.

The location was very convenient. The staff seemed helpful.
The air conditioning did not work for several days. Management offered no real compensation for the inconvenience. I had to request a room change myself. This situation significantly detracted from my stay.

I was a little disappointed that the bathroom door did not close properly. It's a shower room (it looks nice). I think it needs some attention. the absence of a bar ON-SITE was a bit of a letdown. I didn't miss it THAT much since there were plenty of options nearby, it still would have been a nice addition.

I found the room very super clean. The bathroom was very clean to me. Staff seemed helpful. The location feels perfect, right at the center. I was able to leave bags after checking out until my departure.
I noticed the hotel does not have a very big lobby.
