broken air conditioner no compensation
the room was a good size and very clean.
the air conditioning didn't work properly. it took multiple complaints over several days before they acknowledged the problem. eventually, they just moved me to a different room instead of fixing the ac, they offered no compensation, frustrating.

The room size was good and included slippers. The front desk staff was helpful! Clean towels looked daily. This was very useful. I enjoyed the provided coffee in the room.

faulty door missing bar
I was a little disappointed that the bathroom door did not close properly. It's a shower room (it looks nice). I think it needs some attention. the absence of a bar ON-SITE was a bit of a letdown. I didn't miss it THAT much since there were plenty of options nearby, it still would have been a nice addition.

I found the room very super clean. The bathroom was very clean to me. Staff seemed helpful. The location feels perfect, right at the center. I was able to leave bags after checking out until my departure.
I noticed the hotel does not have a very big lobby.
