The location was very convenient. The staff seemed helpful.

The air conditioning did not work for several days. Management offered no real compensation for the inconvenience. I had to request a room change myself. This situation significantly detracted from my stay.

I was a little disappointed that the bathroom door did not close properly. It's a shower room (it looks nice). I think it needs some attention. the absence of a bar ON-SITE was a bit of a letdown. I didn't miss it THAT much since there were plenty of options nearby, it still would have been a nice addition.

I found the room very super clean. The bathroom was very clean to me. Staff seemed helpful. The location feels perfect, right at the center. I was able to leave bags after checking out until my departure.

I noticed the hotel does not have a very big lobby.
